Hi, I'm Neshera Nasir! 

I have a talent for turning real estate dreams into reality, having orchestrated millions in transactions both professionally and personally. With a passport full of stamps from many countries, I've gained a global perspective through mentorships, education, books and realtime experiance. The goal has always been to enrich my understanding of the real estate game.

Every day, I make it a point to analyze a new deal, and in 2018, I took the leap with my very first fix-and-flip project. Since then, I have acquired, sucessed, and learned everything from short-term rentals to long-term multifamily properties, learning and  growing with each venture. In 2020, I aquired my real estate license, opening up new avenues to help myself and others achieve their goals. With the trust of private money, creative financing and a dedication to lifelong learning, I've built a thriving mutimillion-dollar portfolio and generated multiple 6 figures of passive income for myself and my partners.

I am also a advocate for mental well-being and have joined forces with Greater Horizon Foundation to help individuals afford mental health treatment. My obsessions are "my dogs, traveling, sunflowers, positivity, and the ocean" — I would agree that just about sums me up!

I know there is a lot of fluff out there so I have made it a mission to teach and help others feel confidant in their real estate endeavors.
